Foshan Create-tide Digital Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Create-tide") is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sinocera Create-tide. Founded in 1998, it is one of the earliest domestic enterprises engaged in the R&D and production of ceramic raw materials in China. Driven by the rapid expansion of its business scale, the company has proactively expanded into domestic and foreign market. It has successively established Sichuan Kangnuomei New Materials Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Kangnuomei") as a holding subsidiary and Quanitech Material Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Quanitech") as an equity subsidiary.Sinocera Create-tide and Kangnuomei mainly focus on the domestic market. They have set up over 20 offices in major and medium-sized ceramic production areas across China, and are equipped with a capable team. Their independent brands, including "BOTAO Ink", "QUANITECH Pigment" and "QUANITECH Glaze", have gained wide recognition among domestic customers.
