Sinocera Create-tide is jointly established by two listed companies, namely Shandong Sinocera Functional Materials Co., Ltd. (Stock Code: 300285) and KEDA Industrial Group (Stock Code: 600499). As a digital printing materials enterprise that integrates independent R&D, production, sale, and services, it enjoys strong market acceptance both in China and abroad. Within China, Sinocera Create-tide has established over 20 offices. Internationally, it has developed a business layout driven by the Chinese market in synergy with seven key sales regions, which include Africa, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Russia, India, the Middle East and North Africa, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Indonesia, Malaysia, Taiwan (China), Southeast Asia and Europe. Going forward, the company plans to set up branches not only in countries such as India and Turkey, but also in core countries and regions across the globe. In Dongying City, Shandong Province, Sinocera Create-tide has built a large-scale ink production base equipped with dozens of modernized and intelligent production lines, boasting an annual ink output of 30,000 tons.

We take "digital printing materials" as the core of our company’s business. Building on our foundation in the ceramic ink sector, we have expanded into textile ink and other digital printing fields. In 2024, our subsidiary, Create-tide, launched "CONIMAX"—a new brand of digital textile inks.
 Currently, CONIMAX Digital (under our group) is primarily dedicated to the R&D and application of textile heat transfer inks and reactive inks. Looking ahead, CONIMAX Digital will provide our customers with comprehensive textile digital printing solutions, including but not limited to textile inkjet inks, digital printing processes, pre-processing and post-processing techniques for digital textile printing, and related raw materials. We will also offer our customers efficient and professional pre-sales and after-sales technical support.
In Sanshui, Foshan, CONIMAX Digital has established multiple modernized and intelligent production lines, with an annual output of 10,000 tons of textile inks.
