On August 20, 2024, the Foshan Base of Sinocera Create-tide relocated to a new site, with a grand commissioning ceremony held for the new base. Huo Xiyun, General Manager of Sinocera and Chairman of Sinocera Create-tide, Yang Xuexian, Managing Director of KEDA Industrial Group, Wang Xiangqian, Founder of Sinocera Create-tide, Zhang Tianjie, General Manager of Sinocera Create-tide, and other distinguished guests attended the commissioning ceremony in person.

At 10:18 a.m., amid a festive and serene atmosphere, the commissioning ceremony officially commenced. Ms. Huo Xiyun, General Manager of Sinocera and Chairman of Sinocera Create-tide, Mr. Yang Xuexian, Managing Director of KEDA Industrial Group, and Mr. Zhang Tianjie, General Manager of Sinocera Create-tide, delivered warm and inspiring speeches respectively.

First, Ms. Huo Xiyun, General Manager of Sinocera and Chairman of Sinocera Create-tide, extended sincere gratitude to the team responsible for constructing the new Foshan production base as well as the KEDA team that provided strong support. She also highly recognized the production scale and equipment of the new Foshan base. Meanwhile, Ms. Huo pointed out that the advanced glaze production line at the new Foshan base serves as the company’s fundamental core equipment. Going forward, the team should plan the glaze market from an international perspective, continuously advance technological capabilities, and deliver high-quality glaze products to customers.

In his speech, Mr. Yang Xuexian, Managing Director of KEDA Industrial Group, stated: "The commissioning of the new Foshan base is merely a brand-new starting point for Sinocera Create-tide. Moving forward, the Dongying Pigment Factory will also be put into production, and the company's headquarters and research institute will be relocated within this year. For Sinocera Create-tide, this year is undoubtedly a critical and pivotal year—even a new turning point. This year, Sinocera Create-tide has achieved a significant upgrade in both hardware and software. Sinocera and KEDA have full confidence in the development of Sinocera Create-tide, and we firmly believe that its future will be increasingly promising."Finally, Mr. Yang expressed his wish that the commissioning of the new Foshan base would accelerate the robust growth of Sinocera Create-tide’s glaze business, while also creating new opportunities for the launch and development of its textile ink business.

Mr. Zhang Tianjie, General Manager of Sinocera Create-tide, recounted the journey since the start of the construction of the Foshan new base. He acknowledged the challenges and hardships during the construction process and expressed his gratitude to the Sinocera Create-tide team for their hard work and to the KEDA team for their strong support. Mr. Zhang also shared the company's future development plan. He emphasized that the company would be rooted in Sanshui and focus on its development. Currently, the company has "BOTAO Ink" and "CONIMAX Textile Ink", and it plans to develop other inks in the future. The company is about to embark on the journey towards a 2-billion-yuan sales target. Mr. Zhang believed that the future was full of promise and called on everyone to join hands and strive together.

After their wonderful speeches, the opening ceremony ushered in the most important moment — the ribbon - cutting ceremony! They used golden scissors to cut the red ribbon together, implying that the new Foshan base would be put into production smoothly, and would be prosperous and full of ambition. In the following eye-dotting ceremony of the auspicious lion, Ms. Huo Xiyun, General Manager of Sinocera and Chairman of Sinocera Create-tide, and Mr. Yang Xuexian, Managing Director of KEDA, painted cinnabar on the lion's eyes with a brush to complete the eye-dotting of the auspicious lion, symbolizing "turning stone into gold" and giving new life and motivation to Sinocera Create-tide.

Sinocera Create-tide's Foshan New Base is situated in KEDA Equipment Foshan Industrial Park, Lubao Town, Sanshui District, Foshan City. It houses a glaze production line with an annual capacity of 100,000 tons and a textile ink production line with an annual capacity of 20,000 tons, serving as a critical strategic layout for the company in the fields of glaze and textile ink production.The completion and commissioning of the Foshan New Production Base represent a key milestone in the company’s efforts to realize its vision of becoming a leader in China’s digital printing materials sector.
