Through the integration of complementary advantages and years of accumulated development experience, Sinocera Create-tide now operates two production bases, located in Foshan's Sanshui District and Dongying District of Shandong Province. The Foshan base covers a total area of 43,000 square meters, while the Dongying base has a factory floor area of 15,000 square meters. The company is equipped with modern production lines for ceramic ink and glaze, with an annual production capacity of 5,000 tons of ink, 5,000 tons of pigment, and 10,000 tons of glaze. To ensure high standards in ink grinding quality, Sinocera Create-tide has introduced a high-end equipment lineup. This advanced setup is key to achieving the targeted "large-scale production and stable product performance."
Ten NETZSCH (Germany) 60L machines are now in full operation, each capable of producing 1.2 tons of ink per batch. According to Shen Shaoxiong, imported equipment offers superior stability compared to domestic alternatives—a fact widely recognized in the industry. The use of imported equipment enables stable, large-batch production—each machine produces 1.2 tons of ink per run—while minimizing the risk of equipment failure that could compromise ink stability.
At this year's CERSAIE in Bologna, Italy—a world-renowned exhibition for ceramic tile and bathroom furnishings—glaze spraying technology was a highlight. When responding to media inquiries, Shen Shaoxiong noted that Sinocera Create-tide is also continuously advancing the R&D of glaze spraying technology and related products. Regarding the prospects of current mainstream inkjet technology, he believes that optimizing ink colorants and solvents will be an inevitable trend, and that color depth will continue to improve. Based on its accurate understanding of technological trends, Sinocera Create-tide has been strengthening its team's technical capabilities. The company's technical team already includes five Ph.D. holders.
According to a data survey conducted by Sinocera Create-tide, the annual domestic demand for ceramic ink is currently estimated at approximately 20,000 tons. Driven by the rapid growth of ceramic inkjet technology in China, annual domestic demand is expected to reach 30,000 to 50,000 tons within the next three to five years.
As the flagship product launched after Create-tide partnered with the listed company Shandong Sinocera, BOTAO ink incorporates Shandong Sinocera's proven management experience into its production process, ensuring more reliable quality stability.
To date, Sinocera Create-tide has established marketing centers in Foshan (Guangdong) and Zibo (Shandong). It has also set up 20 offices across China and in regions such as Indonesia and Vietnam, supported by professional and efficient technical service teams that provide comprehensive services to over 300 domestic and international customers.
